The General Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”) of Jewelle online jewelry stores apply to all orders and registrations in the Jewelle online shop (www.jewelle.store) and to those online purchases for which the General Terms and Conditions apply.

SCOPE:

For orders in the online shop at www.jeweler.store, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you use a Jewele service (e.g. customer account, vouchers or newsletter), you are also subject to these terms that apply to the respective Jewele customer service. Our offer in the online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers with a place of residence and a delivery address in Switzerland.

Orders are only accepted from customers who have reached the age of 18 at the time the order is placed.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT:

By completing the order, the customer/buyer makes an offer to Jewele regarding the selected items (hereinafter “offer” or “order”). The illustrations, products, information and descriptions of dimensions shown in the Jewelle online shop www.jewelle.store are non-binding and may occasionally differ slightly from the actual items, depending on the screen resolution.  With the Order acceptance / triggering the order, the customer / buyer accepts these terms and conditions. With the dispatch of the products, the customer's offer is deemed to have been accepted by Jewele. The purchase contract is concluded in Zurich (Switzerland) and the language of the contract is German.

 

PRICES / PAYMENT TERMS:

The prices listed on the website are in the currency shown. Unless otherwise indicated, the price is exclusive of statutory VAT. The effective shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order. Jewele reserves the right to change items, prices and shipping costs at any time.

Payment is made in advance, by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express, Apple Pay). After the order value has been paid, the order is released for delivery. 

​

In relation to creditworthiness, and if deemed necessary, Jewele may obtain information about you from third parties. This may include information about your credit card number or credit report to confirm your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain initial credit card authorization and to authorize your individual payment transactions.

 

Any transfer costs and bank charges are to be borne by the customer. In the case of advance payment, the goods are delivered after receipt of payment.

Jewele makes every effort to make the website as secure as possible. All credit card transactions are processed through a security system, an online payment gateway, which encrypts your card details in a secure database environment.

SHIPMENT:

The orders are carried out by Swiss Post. They cannot be delivered to PO Boxes / PickPost points. The General Terms and Conditions of Swiss Post Ltd also apply and can be accessed at: www.post.ch

 

Jewelle accepts no liability whatsoever for any items damaged during delivery. Use and risk pass to the BUYER / CUSTOMER when the item is shipped.

Delivery within 3-5 days

 

ORDERS & RETURNS:

All orders are subject to product availability. Jewele offers products 

from stock, however it may happen that some products cannot be delivered at the time of your order due to material shortages.

​

The ordered goods can be returned to Jewelle at your own expense within 10 days of receipt of the items. Items must be returned in their original packaging to the address below. If the deadline has passed, the date of the postmark or the delivery of the collection invitation is decisive, so  a return is no longer possible and the purchase price cannot be refunded to the customer.

The items will only be taken back if they are in perfect, new and unworn condition. If all these conditions are met, we will refund you the purchase price paid in the form of a voucher which can be redeemed at www.jewelle.store.

 

DATA PROTECTION:

Jewelle undertakes to process customer data carefully and to comply with data protection regulations. Jewele uses the personal data to process and fulfill the services offered in accordance with the contract and the law, to maintain customer relationships and to develop, design and submit offers and articles in line with requirements. The customer / buyer can prohibit the processing of his data for marketing purposes (newsletter, vouchers, catalogues) at any time.

CHANGES TO THE GTC / OTHER PROVISIONS:

Jewele reserves the right to change the terms or withdraw the offers at any time without notice. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions published at www.jewelle.store applies.

JURISDICTION:

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Mandatory legal provisions remain reserved.
